The Company has established an ESG governance structure led by the Board of Directors, with the Board assuming ultimate responsibility for overseeing the sustainable development strategy and related risk management, while management and functional departments are responsible for implementing specific measures.

We strictly comply with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, and continuously enhance our internal control and risk management systems to ensure lawful and compliant business operations. The Company has formulated and implemented a series of governance policies to ensure fairness and transparency in decision-making.
